The estimated cost may vary from €3 to €7 per kilo of product, for shipments in Spain.

The products are sent by carrier, or picked up at the ISE 40 store and headquarters, depending on the customer's choice.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased at ISE 40, INDUSTRIAL SERVICIOS ELÉCTRICOS SL can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the shipment in most cases. During this period, you can try the product and review it as if you bought something in a physical store.

We will not accept any returns regarding bumps or breakages due to transport, the claim for which has not been made within 24 hours following the date of receipt of the merchandise. Therefore, please check the condition of the products at the time of receipt.

The returned products must be in the same conditions in which they were delivered, sealed and with their original packaging.

The product must be in the same condition in which you receive it and without any damage. You can remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed. Processing your return

After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be returned to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless you prefer otherwise. Refund will be paid within 7 days. You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Costs will be an estimated maximum of €2.99 per kilo.

Items that cannot be returned

The following types of items cannot be returned:

• Products that come sealed and cannot be returned after breaking the seal.
• The following products will not be returned: damaged items, “cut to size”, custom-made, personalized, bulk, balances, toilet seats and unsealed PPE or those products ordered exclusively for the customer.
